Job Summary
Gym Floor Associate responsible for greeting members and guests with enthusiasm, giving tours to prospective members to sign them up for memberships, signing members up for startup sessions with Blink Personal Trainers, answering phone calls professionally, executing opening/closing procedures to keep the club running smoothly, handling member requests with urgency, and helping maintain a spotless environment through frequent bending, lifting, and organizing equipment. Requires world‐class customer service, strong communication skills, the ability to lift 15–20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally, and a positive, energetic, and friendly demeanor to contribute to a welcoming gym atmosphere.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- World class customer service skills
- Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally
- Able to remain in a stationary position at the front desk for the majority of the workday
