Job Summary
Gym Director at The Little Gym (Atlanta-area locations): full-time leadership role overseeing location operations, people, and programs. Responsibilities include hiring/training/scheduling and developing staff, delivering high-quality classes across age groups, fostering exceptional customer service, driving membership growth and retention, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and partnering with ownership on strategy. Requires strong leadership, customer service or sales experience in a kids/fitness setting, excellent communication, and a hands-on, energetic approach to working with children and families. In-person role with some evenings/weekends.
