Job Summary
Lead gym location operations as Gym Director: hire/train/develop a team of instructors and front-desk staff; coach the team to deliver excellent classes and standout service; set the standard for energy and culture; personally teach classes across age groups; ensure all classes, parties, and interactions meet quality standards; build genuine relationships with member families to drive loyalty and retention; own day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, hit location performance goals, and maintain a clean, safe facility; in-person schedule with some evenings and weekends; compensation includes a $60,000 base plus performance bonus; full-time leadership role focused on growth and impact at The Little Gym in Atlanta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership/management experience
- customer service or sales experience in membership/hospitality/kids activity setting
- strong organization and time-management
- excellent communication with kids, parents, and staff
- willingness to be hands-on with children
- background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or early childhood (a plus, not required)
