Job Summary
Teach GREAT classes using our proven curriculum and lead a team in delivering outstanding customer service and membership experiences. Manage day-to-day operations, hire and oversee staff training, maintain facility and equipment, and sell programs to new customers. This full-time career-level role reports directly to location owners. With over 300 global locations, The Little Gym empowers children ages 4 months through 12 years through gymnastics-based programs in a safe, nurturing environment. Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Management experience

Desired Qualifications
- A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus
