Gym Director

Lead, inspire, and develop a team of instructors and staff while recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching members. Oversee daily gym operations, manage schedules, maintain a clean and safe facility, and monitor equipment needs. Teach high-energy classes using proven curriculum and support instructors in delivering engaging, age-appropriate sessions for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Welcome new families, provide outstanding customer service, and drive growth through tours, introductory classes, camps, and community outreach. Partner with ownership to identify opportunities, improve processes, and track key performance indicators supporting retention and success.
