Gym Cleaning Associate

Job Summary
Clean and sanitize gym equipment, machines, and high-touch surfaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility. Clean and disinfect locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and common areas. Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners. Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and properly stored. Monitor the facility for areas requiring additional cleaning or attention. Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management. Perform additional cleaning and facility-maintenance tasks as needed. Maintain a fresh, clean, and pleasant environment for members while following proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong eye for cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Comfortable working around fitness equipment and in a busy gym environment
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for cleaning duties
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience
