Gym Associate/Club Staff

Greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym, check members in, register guests, provide tours of the gym and answer questions about membership options, assist guests with purchasing memberships, answer phones professionally, process retail and concession sales, and clean/maintain the front desk, bathrooms, equipment, and common areas. Demonstrates excellent customer service, effective communication, multi-tasking, and proactive initiative; weekend availability required. Certification discounts (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA-equivalent) are highlighted as part of the role’s perks. The position is part-time with gym hours spanning mornings to evenings across Monday through Sunday as posted.
