Job Summary
Handle Quality Assurance documents, organize trainings for shopfloor personnel, and monitor production KPIs to define containment actions and create reports. Lead and participate in problem-solving processes, including failure analyzer projects and 8D report creation. Cooperate with suppliers and customers for claim handling, while evaluating scrapped or failed parts to develop future prevention plans. Collaborate with engineering and production groups to resolve issues. Requires a university degree with quality or car electronics experience, fluent English, and strong problem-solving skills.
