GXP Technician II - Applied Gene & Cell Therapy Center - Vector Production Facility

Conduct manufacturing, processing, and quality control activities for gene and cell therapy products while maintaining accurate GxP-compliant documentation. Design and execute daily laboratory work, including cell culture maintenance, statistical data analysis, and equipment troubleshooting. Perform translational core operations such as cleanroom maintenance, supply ordering, and safety monitoring for radiation and biosafety. Assist in training junior staff, mentor team members, and contribute to reports, publications, and performance improvement initiatives. Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
