Job Summary
Generate leads and appointments at events, trade shows, fairs, festivals, RSVP events, home shows, and retail stores by engaging homeowners to create interest and educate on products. Assist in the preparation, set-up, and take-down of tables, booths, totes, and tents. Travel across Wisconsin to market and promote the company as a friendly brand ambassador. Requires a valid Wisconsin driver's license, ability to lift 65lbs, and availability on weekends. Hourly base of $18 plus bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Professional, outgoing, and friendly personalities
- Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation, must be able to fit tent inside
- Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Ability to lift 65lbs and load equipment into vehicle
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
