Job Summary
Coordinate Hot Wheel Line operations as a liaison between the Processing Supervisor and hourly workforce, ensuring safe and efficient production. Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and train others while managing multiple priorities and cross-functional communication with Production and Maintenance teams. Operate grinding, hub cutting, and CNC equipment, interpret measurements using tooling devices, and maintain adequate supplies to minimize downtime. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, PPE is available, and production demands align with inventory levels. Work long shifts in a hot, dirty environment lifting up to seventy pounds.
