Job Summary
Lead finance partner for the Product organization at ServiceNow, owning all financial planning for the Product portfolio, including revenue, Opex and Capex. Build and guide the FP&A function, forecast and scenario modeling, and cost optimization while partnering with engineering leadership to balance speed, quality, and scale. Drive strategic analyses, capital allocation, and executive-ready materials to influence growth and profitability, with a track record of scaling finance in a software/SaaS environment. Requires 15+ years of finance leadership, strong tech understanding, and a strategic, enterprise leadership mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of extensive Finance experience, ideally in software companies with scale and rapid growth
- Ability to challenge assumptions and explain complex financial topics to non-finance audiences
- Strong understanding of tech stack and software scalability
- Leadership experience with large teams (5+ years managing high performers)
- MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus
- SaaS/cloud experience preferred
- Proven ability to influence investment decisions with data
- Strategic thinking and executive communication skills
