Job Summary
Lead the global Product Development organization by establishing vision, strategy, and operating models that support company growth objectives. Own development execution, productization, lifecycle management, and operational performance across Tax, Legal & Regulatory solutions, enhancements, new product introductions, and hot fix delivery. Transition products from R&D to production operations while ensuring commercialization, scalability, and long-term supportability. Set governance frameworks, prioritize resources, and manage budgets for the portfolio. Partner with executive leadership, Product, R&D, Support, Sales, and Client Onboarding to align priorities with market opportunities and client requirements. Monitor key performance indicators to drive quality, delivery effectiveness, and business performance. Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team while representing Product Development in executive and stakeholder engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software development, product management, technology services, or related organizations
- Proven success leading global, multi-functional teams with responsibility for strategy, business outcomes, financial performance, and organizational growth
- Experience bringing enterprise software products and services from concept through commercialization, General Availability, and ongoing lifecycle management
- Experience managing product development portfolios that include regulatory, compliance, enhancement, and new product initiatives
- Demonstrated success driving innovation, automation, organizational transformation, and operational excellence in a global environment
- Executive leadership skills with the ability to establish vision, strategy, and organizational direction across a global product development organization
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience balancing client commitments, product investments, operational performance, and company growth objectives
- Exceptional strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities in complex, matrixed environments
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing global leadership teams while driving accountability and operational excellence
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align executive leaders, clients, and cross-functional organizations around common goals
- Strong understanding of enterprise software product lifecycle management, commercialization, operational readiness, and scalable delivery models from General Availability through ongoing enhancement and support
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

- Location within commuting distance of our regional hubs in Las Vegas, NV or Pleasanton, CA is desirable
