Job Summary
Outside Sales Rep for insulation and building products, responsible for managing and growing a defined territory with uncapped earnings. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, prospect new accounts, process dealer orders, review acknowledgements, and consistently demonstrate strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Role requires travel up to 75% with overnight requirements; base plus commission compensation package with comprehensive benefits. Safety sensitive position with physical requirements including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
- valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes
- general contractor and building industry knowledge preferred
- knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science a plus
- comprehension of construction drawings
- willingness to travel up to 75% with overnight stays
