Job Summary
Lead and manage gutter crew members while ensuring daily installations of gutters, soffit, and fascia meet company standards. Train new crew members on installation guidelines, scope jobs, and inventory materials. Operate and maneuver a truck and trailer, switching machines between sizes and coils while keeping vehicles organized. Lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Requires a valid driver's license, 2+ years of installation experience, and ability to set and meet goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- experience and knowledge of gutter, soffit and fascia installation
- Ability to lift 80 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- No fear of heights
- Able to set and meet goals and Melvin Mills Roofing standards
- Undergo Melvin Mills Roofing installation training and willingness to follow installation guidelines

- 2+ Years minimum experience as installer
