Job Summary
Install seamless gutters, repair existing systems, and perform maintenance on various roof types across Snohomish, WA. Work at heights in diverse weather conditions while maintaining high attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with customers throughout the installation process and collaborate as a team player to ensure outstanding service. OSHA certification and ladder safety training are preferred. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $25 to $35, plus performance bonuses, paid time off, and free uniforms. Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience in gutter installations or skilled carpentry/exterior construction
- Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
