Gutter Co-Foreman

Job Summary
Gutter Co-Foreman will oversee each production job to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency while focusing on providing a remarkable experience for homeowners. Responsibilities include leading the crew, loading materials and equipment, ensuring OSHA-compliant use of ladders and scaffolds, training new crew members, reviewing contracts and change orders, performing high-quality gutter installations, and maintaining customer satisfaction on site. Must communicate with the Production Manager and In-Field Trainer, ensure clean and safe job sites, and be capable of traveling as needed. Requires strong gutter installation knowledge, customer service, leadership, and physical stamina; high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of experience in gutter installation are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of gutter installation experience or demonstrated track record in the field
- Strong knowledge of gutter installation techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example and educate new employees
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (CDL is a plus but not required)
