Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for customers visiting the service center, greeting clients, understanding service requirements, and guiding them through the vehicle repair process. Provide service recommendations, prepare accurate cost estimates and quotes, schedule appointments, keep customers informed of progress, ensure quality of work meets standards, and maintain accurate service records (invoices and repair orders). Focus on delivering a seamless, high-communication experience and driving customer satisfaction throughout the repair journey.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an acceptable driving record with a valid driver's license
- Positive outgoing team player focused on above-industry-standard customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Effective communication and organizational skills
