Conduct all phases of collision repair, from light to heavy damage, while identifying required parts and reviewing estimates and work orders. Meticulously follow manufacturer guidelines, notify estimators of supplemental add-ons, and maintain a safe, clean work area. Prioritize high productivity levels and targeted ECDs with a process-driven approach. This full-time role includes a 5-day work schedule, a $1,000 tool allowance, and monthly incentives.
