Job Summary
Conduct all phases of collision repair, from light to heavy damage, while identifying required parts and reviewing estimates and work orders. Meticulously follow manufacturer guidelines, notify estimators of supplemental add-ons, and maintain a safe, clean work area. Prioritize high productivity levels and targeted ECDs with a process-driven approach. This full-time role includes a 5-day work schedule, a $1,000 tool allowance, and monthly incentives. Gurley Leep offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) match, within its family-owned automotive group operating three CARSTAR Collision Centers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive body shop and/or collision repair experience
- Auto Collision Repair (ICAR) or Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications
