Gurley Leep Body Shop Experienced Estimator/Writer

Assess collision damage, provide documentation, implement and follow process, accurately keep work files and paperwork updated, and provide strong communication to both customers and insurance providers. Serve as a liaison between Insurance Companies and Clients, taking ownership of the Customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression. Distribute work between technicians and painters, ensure customer satisfaction, and build strong, long-lasting Insurance Company Relationships. This full-time role includes a 5-day work schedule, a $1,000 tool allowance, and access to medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits at Gurley Leep's Elkhart, Mishawaka, and South Bend Collision Centers.
