Job Summary
Gurgaon Biz OPS Specialist- AI, Data & Automation responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and M365 Copilot within L&D use cases. Develop automated Power Platform workflows (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataflows) and SharePoint Online that streamline enrollment, registrations, approvals, communications, completions, and certifications. Evaluate code-based vs. low-code approaches for scalable, maintainable solutions and use Copilot agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data pipelines that connect learning, HR, and survey systems to deliver reliable, decision-ready insights. Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value AI, analytics, and automation opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision. Demonstrate deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataflows, SharePoint Online) and strong data modeling/normalization skills, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. Preferred certifications include Microsoft PL-300 or AI-102, with experience in integration via REST APIs or Azure Logic Apps/Functions; familiarity with other platforms like Qualtrics, Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday, or an Learning Experience Platform.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 5-7 years of work experience and 2+ years of relevant experience in AI, analytics, automation, or technology-enabled transformation
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and AI-enabled solutions
- Working knowledge of enterprise data modeling and dimensional design (e.g., star schemas, normalization)
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataflows, SharePoint Online
- Familiarity with applied LLM patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt engineering
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, analytics, engineering, or related field
- Ability to communicate clearly across cultures/time zones and work end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Experience integrating systems through REST APIs or Azure Logic Apps / Functions
- Exposure to Learning platforms or related technologies (e.g., Azure, Qualtrics, Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday)
