Job Summary
Design and produce motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, graphics, and illustrations for eLearning modules, presentations, and templates; edit and enhance video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar platforms; ensure branding and design standards; collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and project teams; adapt designs for multiple platforms with accessibility; leverage Generative AI tools to improve quality and efficiency; manage multiple tasks with version control; collect stakeholder feedback and iterate to improve quality and impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with Canva or similar platforms
- Strong skills in animation, video editing, and visual storytelling
- Experience in creating explainer videos, animated sequences, and multimedia content
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with non-design stakeholders
- High standards for visual quality and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable revising designs based on feedback and data
