Job Summary
Maintain district facilities by cleaning floors, whiteboards, windows, furniture, restrooms, and grounds including sidewalks, driveways, and play areas. Supervise the student custodian team and assist with lunchroom setup, facility arrangements for special events, and minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Oversee annual gymnasium floor refinishing, VCT floor stripping and waxing, and manage snow and ice removal while operating sprinkler systems. Assist with building opening and closing procedures, inspect equipment for safety, and correct unsafe conditions promptly. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure student and staff comfort, health, and safety.
