Job Summary
Backroom firearms inventory management and back-end operations using ARMS; safe handling and compliance with all federal, state, and company firearm regulations; acquiring/disposing firearms and maintaining ATF-required forms and inventory; provide counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise; perform receiving, auditing, tagging, and stocking; assist customers with product recommendations and store promotions; maintain a clean, secure, and organized firearms department; participate in ongoing product knowledge and compliance training; perform opening/closing duties and support overall store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to legally own and possess Firearms under Federal and State Law
- Valid New York State Pistol Permit at the time of application
