Job Summary
Gun Vault Specialist responsible for backroom maintenance of firearms processes and ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal firearms regulations. Safely handle firearms, acquire and dispose of firearms, and maintain ATF ARMS inventory. Provides counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise, conducts audits and completes required forms, and participates in ongoing training. Maintains organization and cleanliness of the gun vault and sales floor, supports merchandising and promotional activities, and delivers world-class customer service while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Retail
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to legally own and possess Firearms under Federal and State Law
- Knowledge of 4473 & State Paperwork Completion, ARMS, Acquisitions, and Dispositions of Firearms
- Ability to understand, recall, and follow complex compliance regulations and to work with highly confidential information
