Gun Vault Specialist

Backroom firearms inventory management and compliance focused role. The Gun Vault Specialist handles receiving/acquiring firearms and uses ARMS systems, verifies firearm data against documents, disposes firearms to licensed dealers or stores, and conducts monthly firearm audits. Responsibilities include completing ATF forms and state paperwork, background-check screening for legality of transfers, and ensuring compliance with waiting periods and other requirements. The role also includes customer-facing duties such as counter sales and service for firearms and other hunting merchandise, product demonstrations, upselling club memberships, and maintaining a neat, secure, and well-stocked firearms area. Ongoing training on firearms products, compliance, and selling techniques, along with labeling, pricing, merchandising, and assisting with seasonal floor moves. Requires safe handling of firearms, adherence to company policies, and activity within full-time schedule with benefits.
