Greet all customers with a smile, engage in conversation while providing personalized service, and consistently meet the goals of the digital receipt program. Accurately scan every item customers are purchasing, ensuring all merchandise is properly rung through and paid for before the customer leaves the store. Treat merchandise with care, bag purchases carefully and efficiently, and promote the Scheels Visa card by clearly explaining all benefits. Process returns and exchanges for firearm purchases, including completing firearm background checks, and assist with Gun Room housekeeping. Ensure all ATF federal laws and guidelines are followed when executing technology-based processes for firearm and/or suppressor transactions. End each transaction by saying "thank you" to every customer.
