Job Summary
Gummy Plant Operator responsible for packaging, sugar sanding, and washroom activities; perform setup/startup of manufacturing process, check demolding conditions, conduct A-cleans, dispose/recycle, inspect gummies, document weight/speed/temperature, transfer pallets to dry rooms, ensure FIFO, complete logbooks/batch records, operate equipment per SOP, maintain GMP and safety, perform cleaning, and adapt to a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to speak, read and communicate in English
- Must be able to perform required repetitive lifting tasks
- Basic computer skills (able to complete required trainings independently)
