Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a culturally enriched Indian unit. Provide ADL assistance and compassionate, resident-centered care to residents; communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff; support a culturally sensitive environment. Gujarati-speaking candidates are highly preferred to enhance engagement with residents and families.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey CNA certification
- Gujarati-speaking preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
