Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily living assistance and compassionate, resident-centered care in a culturally enriching Indian unit. Gujarati-speaking candidates are highly preferred to enhance communication with residents and families. Requires active New Jersey CNA certification; long-term care or skilled nursing experience and strong communication/teamwork skills are valued. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), delivering resident-centered care, communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff, and fostering a culturally sensitive environment.
