Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 736

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to build business through quality craftsmanship. Service instruments with a high level of skill, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required; foundational product knowledge preferred.
