Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 736

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, stepping in to handle service issues as needed. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through great customer service and quality work. Additional duties as assigned. Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products is preferred.
