Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 736

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and connecting meaningfully with clients. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
