Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 736

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, stepping in to handle service issues when needed. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. You will work through the GC certification program to gain understanding of products and sales techniques, while also developing knowledge in store operations and sales.
