Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Assist in building business through quality work and customer service, while handling additional duties as assigned. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge.
