Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and assist in building business through excellent customer experience and quality service. Interact directly with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
