Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store inventory gear. Execute warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Complete additional duties as assigned. This role requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge.
