Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 736

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while capitalizing on opportunities to increase business through quality work and customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. You will work through the GC certification program to gain understanding of products and sales techniques, and may be assigned additional duties. Guitar Center encourages staff to find their individual sound and offers gig leave for musicians.
