Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 736

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while building business through quality service. Handle customer service issues and step in to resolve problems as needed. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products preferred. You will work through the GC certification program to gain understanding of products and sales techniques.
