Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 736

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to ensure quality work and great customer experiences. Service instruments with high craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to handle service issues and provide an excellent experience while following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities. Additional duties as assigned. Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products is preferred.
