Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 736

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. Additional duties are assigned as needed. Guitar Center empowers staff to find their individual sound and offers gig leave for musicians.
