Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and assist in building business through quality customer experiences. Interact with customers to ensure positive service outcomes while handling customer service issues as needed. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
