Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers to build relationships while following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in store operations and leadership. Train learners on techniques and product information.
