Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 311

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory and completing warranty work. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues as they arise. Apply skilled understanding of guitar repair to build business through quality craftsmanship and customer engagement. Complete additional duties as assigned, including following the GC certification program for product knowledge. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians and enable everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
