Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and providing excellent customer support. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to help increase business through quality work and great customer service. Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Skilled understanding of repairing Guitars
