Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory while building business through quality work and customer service. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve them proactively. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques. Perform duties as assigned to support store operations.
