Repair customer-owned guitars with high craftsmanship; service store-owned gear and complete warranty repairs while delivering an excellent customer experience. Interact with customers, maintain instrument condition, and contribute to store operations and sales through product knowledge gained via Guitar Center certification. Responsibilities include performing repairs, maintenance, and assisting in broader store operations, with opportunities to train others and develop skills in product knowledge, customer service, and leadership.
