Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 311

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to help build and increase business through great customer service and quality work. Additional duties as assigned may include handling customer service issues and following through on work activities to resolve opportunities or problems. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
