Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while building business through quality service. Train learners on techniques and products, and work through the GC certification program to master sales and store operations. Execute duties as assigned to support store goals.
