Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 311

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, stepping in to handle service issues. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. You will work through the GC certification program to gain an understanding of products and sales techniques, and you may be assigned to effectively train learners.
